(Ahsaab) 33 : 43
هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَلِّي عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَلَائِكَتُهُ لِيُخْرِجَكُمْ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ ۚ وَكَانَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَحِيمًا
He is the one who bestows His blessings upon you, and His angels also, to take out you from the darkness into the Light; and He is Merciful to the believer.
Mercy is one of the forty names of Adhikr. Adhikr is sent down to Muhammed through Jibreel as explained in verse 32: 1. That is why it is told in verse ‘His Angels also’. See explanation 13: 18-24; 14: 1.
